Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates; managing new hire induction and documentation.
HR Operations & Payroll: Maintaining employee records (HRIS), managing payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee queries, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance & Development: Supporting appraisal processes, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating training initiatives.
Policy & Compliance: Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role (usually 2-5+ years).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Tools: Proficiency in HRMS/ATS software (e.g., Keka, Zoho) and MS Office.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
