The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end statutory compliance and payroll activities, including PF, ESI, labour laws, employee data management, and monthly statutory filings. The role ensures accurate processing, timely submissions, and adherence to compliance standards across the organization.
Manage PF & ESI registrations, additions, deletions, and monthly filings.
Generate and upload ECR for PF and ESIC portal submissions.
Maintain statutory records such as Form 3A, 6A, and annual returns.
Handle labour law compliance (Shops & Establishments, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity etc.).
Coordinate with government departments for inspections, audits, and notices.
Ensure timely renewals of licenses and statutory documents.
Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, and leave data.
Maintain employee databases, salary structures, and CTC breakups.
Calculate statutory deductions—PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS (if applicable).
Generate payslips, pay registers, and salary reconciliation reports.
Manage onboarding documentation and statutory registrations.
Maintain employee personal files and HRMIS data accuracy.
Support exit formalities including F&F settlement, PF transfer/withdrawal support.
Prepare monthly MIS reports on PF/ESI, payroll, and compliance status.
Liaise with finance, payroll vendors, and statutory consultants.
Respond to employee queries related to PF, ESI, salary, and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
1–3/2–5 years’ experience in PF, ESI & payroll handling.
Hands-on experience with EPFO and ESIC portals.
Knowledge of labour laws, wage codes, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot, basic formulas).
Experience with payroll software (GreytHR / Saral / Spine / Zoho People preferred).
