1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF etc.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and MIS reports.
Support performance appraisal processes and grievance handling.
4. Administration Management
Oversee office administration, attendance, and asset management.
Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day administrative activities.
5. Legal & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, Industrial Relations Acts, Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, and other statutory obligations.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
