HR & Recruitment Executive – Immediate Hiring
Company: Pure Organic Zone
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Recruitment Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with management
• Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Coordinate onboarding and induction
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Support employee engagement and HR activities
• Handle recruitment for operations, customer support, logistics and other business requirements
Requirements:
• need HR/Recruitment fresher /experienced preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month depending on experience and skills.
