Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage job postings on various platforms
Coordinate onboarding formalities and induction sessions

Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Assist in basic HR documentation (offer letters, exit formalities, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Good verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of basic HR concepts
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and job portals
