🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll processing and leave management
Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Coordinate training and development programs
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture
Prepare HR reports and assist in policy formulation

Strong understanding of HR operations and labor regulations
Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
