Job Responsibilities :-
Handling end to end recruitment & coordination with other HOD’s for technical round’s
Scheduling final interview with Partner’s.
Managing job portal, job posting & News paper advertisements.
Taking care of new joining ( New Joinee File, Joining Kit, Documentation, Induction, Company Introduction, Employee Introduction ).
Employee engagement activities ( Birthday cards, birthday wishes on slack, festival celebrations ).
Providing uniforms to employee & Coordination with vendor for timely received
Maintaining individual employee file for NABH Audit.
Assisting internal HR works.
Maintaining daily tracker & online recruitment sheet.
Preferred Immediate joiner and 1 month notice serving candidates.
