We have an urgent requirement for the position of Talent Acquisition Executive at a reputed client company located at Por GIDC, Vadodara.

🔹 Role Summary

The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations including:

• Recruitment
  
  

• Employee records management
  
  

• Attendance & payroll coordination
  
  

• Compliance activities
  
  

• Employee engagement
  
  

The role ensures smooth HR processes aligned with company policies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (sourcing, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities)
  
  

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
  
  

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  
  

• Support onboarding and induction process
  
  

• Assist in performance management and appraisals
  
  

• Handle employee queries, grievances & basic disciplinary coordination
  
  

• Support statutory compliance & audits (PF, ESI, Labour records)
  
  

• Coordinate training & employee engagement initiatives
  
  

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and code of conduct
  
  

🔹 Key Requirements

• Good knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
  
  

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
  
  

• Familiarity with attendance systems, payroll inputs & compliance documentation
  
  

• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
  

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing/factory environment
  
  

• Exposure to shop-floor HR activities
  
  

• Immediate or short-notice joiners
