Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. 

• Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the process of new employee integration and the departure of existing employees. 

• Compensation and Benefits: Designing and administering employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. 

• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and supporting employee growth. 

• Performance Management: Guiding managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. 

• Employee Engagement: Creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records. 

• Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
