Position: HR Recruiter
Company: Rathi Hydro Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Location:Gurugram
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Construction Industry Preferred)
End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, especially for construction sites.
Coordinate with site HR and project heads to understand manpower requirements.
Manage the entire recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and attendance reports from sites.
Handle payroll preparation, ensuring timely submission of attendance and compliance with salary structures.
Manage EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining discipline across sites.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.).
Maintain a healthy employee relationship environment at sites.
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and manpower management.
Good understanding of EPF, ESI, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple sites and prioritize recruitment tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BA/B.Com) or MBA in HR preferred.
Prior experience in construction or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
