We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR professional with 1 to 5 years of experience to manage employee relations and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Employee Management, PF administration, and possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

• Manage and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Handle PF (Provident Fund) administration and related statutory compliances.

• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

• Conduct HR-related trainings, workshops, and team-building activities.

• Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR decision-making.

• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for smooth HR operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR functions and employee management.

• Strong knowledge of PF, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
