We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller / HR Executive to handle recruitment-related calling, candidate coordination, and basic HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates.
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job openings
Explain job roles, salary, training, and company policies clearly
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update candidate data in records
Coordinate between candidates and management
Handle basic HR tasks such as onboarding support and documentation
Achieve daily calling and recruitment targets
Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Ability to convince and counsel candidates
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
