The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Creating job descriptions and posting them on job portals and social media.
Maintaining candidate pipeline and tracking hiring progress.
Coordinating with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Conducting orientation and induction sessions for new hires.
Verifying documents and maintaining employee records.
Creating employee codes and updating HRMS/attendance systems.
Ensuring proper maintenance of confidential employee files.
Preparing HR letters: experience, relieving, transfer, confirmation, etc.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Drafting and revising HR policies in coordination with management.
Monitoring daily attendance, work hours, and leave records.
Coordinating with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
Managing leave requests, approvals, and monthly reports.
Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Handling employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
