Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility - Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, corporate, sales, R&D, QA/QC, production and

support functions.

Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, references and other channels.

Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews.

Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups and selection process.

Manage salary negotiation and joining discussions within company guidelines.

Coordinate offer letters, documentation, reference checks and joining formalities.

Maintain updated candidate database.

Ensure vacancies are closed within defined TAT and maintain talent pipeline for critical positions.

Secondary Responsibility - HR Operations

Handle day-to-day HR activities including attendance, leave and employee records.

Coordinate employee joining, induction and onboarding activities.

Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

Support payroll inputs, attendance data and monthly HR reports.

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Coordinate exit formalities, clearance and full & final documentation.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Address routine employee queries and coordinate with respective departments for resolution.
