Job Role:-
· Shortlisting Relevant Profiles based on Job description
· Identifying Prospective Candidates through Networking Sites, Portals and Personal References.
· Job posting and mass Mailing on portals as per the requirement given.
· First level filtering of candidates through telephonic interviews
· Understanding and briefing the company profile, JD, roles and responsibilities of the candidate.
· Involved in Sourcing for Multiple Requirements Maintaining tracker sheets: requirement wise for candidates sourced Continuous follow-up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.
· Submission of shortlisted profiles to hiring managers and arranging interviews
