Role Overview

The HR Executive at Odisha Talks will be responsible for managing core human resource functions, supporting talent acquisition, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth and positive work culture. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Identify staffing needs and coordinate end-to-end recruitment.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication.

• Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.

• Ensure smooth induction for new team members.

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee databases, attendance, and HR documentation.

• Assist in payroll coordination and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

3. Employee Engagement

• Support initiatives to maintain a positive and productive workplace.

• Plan team-building activities, events, and engagement programs.

• Address day-to-day employee queries and concerns.

4. Performance Management

• Assist in the implementation of appraisal processes.

• Maintain performance records and support managers in evaluations.

5. Policy & Compliance

• Ensure HR practices comply with company guidelines.

• Update HR policies when needed and communicate changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong skills may apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment platforms.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
