Job Title: HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews across different roles.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth interview processes.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives.

Assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates.

Requirements

Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR/Management preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools is a plus.

Passion for HR and eagerness to learn.
