KRAs
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
2. Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
3. Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
4. Managing employee attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
5. Coordinating with different departments for manpower requirements
6. Assisting in employee onboarding and orientation
7.Handling employee queries related to HR policies
8. Maintaining HR reports and updating employee databases
9.Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communication
10.Supporting payroll inputs and HR compliance activities
Skills/Competencies
. Strong organizational and administrative skills

4. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
5. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Technical
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2.Experience in recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
3.Basic knowledge of HR MIS and documentation systems
4. Understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes

Qualification/Certification
Graduate in any discipline
Experience

Working Conditions
Office-based role
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours 10-6PM
