Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance details.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related information.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee engagement and communication activities.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR databases.
