Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with hands-on experience in HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns.
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
Manage joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
Candidates with experience in healthcare/wellness or corporate environments will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
