We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day human resource operations across our restaurant units in Goa. The role will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, attendance, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The candidate will also be required to regularly visit different restaurant units across Goa to review and verify statutory records, employee files, and HR documentation maintained by the respective HR Executives at the units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and support positions.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals for sourcing candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with HODs for final selection.
Ensure timely manpower availability as per operational requirements.
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
Coordinate recruitment requirements across different restaurant units in Goa.
2. Unit Visits & HR Audit
Regularly visit different restaurant units across Goa as per the business requirement.
Coordinate with the HR Executive at unit during the visits.
Review and verify statutory reports, registers, and compliance-related documents, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and other applicable statutory records.
Check employee personal files to ensure all required documents are complete, updated, and properly maintained.
Identify missing, incomplete, or outdated documents and follow up with the respective HR Executive for corrective action.
Ensure consistency in HR documentation and statutory record maintenance across all units.
3. Attendance & Payroll
Update attendance, weekly offs, and leave records.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Verify attendance-related discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
4. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain and update records related to PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure statutory registers, employee files, and compliance documents are properly maintained at the respective units.
Conduct regular checks during unit visits to ensure statutory and HR documentation is updated and available.
5. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, contracts, and other HR records.
Manage employee onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
Issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, experience, and relieving letters.
Ensure employee documentation is complete and properly maintained across all units.
6. HR Policies & Administration
Ensure effective implementation of company HR policies and procedures across all restaurant units.
Communicate HR policies and updates to employees.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare HR reports relating to manpower, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and other HR metrics.
Support HR audits and management requirements.
Ensure consistency in HR practices across all units in Goa.

Preferred Experience
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel, premium restaurant, restaurant chain, or hospitality organization.
Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee relations will be preferred.
