Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the hiring process from posting jobs to screening and interviewing candidates.
Onboarding & Records: Conduct induction for new hires, manage documentation, and maintain employee records.
Payroll & Benefits

Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits administration.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI) and update HR policies.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and organize engagement activities.
Performance Management: Support the annual performance review process and assist with performance improvement plans (PIPs).
