Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, also through Reference, Linkedin & Social Network
Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability.
Employee documentation and Background check.
Arranging Event activities
Insurance addition deletions
Co-ordinate with Admin team to prepare employee ID's and other onboarding formalities.
Employee document Filling
Vendor communication
