What You’ll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for field staff, caregivers, nurses, and corporate roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring.

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for closures and feedback.

• Manage bulk hiring and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Who You Are

• A target-driven recruiter with strong communication skills.

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare hiring preferred).

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and field recruitment.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
