Role Overview
The Human Resource will be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR function at Medigurukulam. The role involves strategic planning as well as hands-on execution of HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll, compliance, and coordination across multiple zones.
Key Responsibilities – HR Intern
1. HR Support & Coordination
Assist the HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks
Support the implementation of HR policies and organizational initiatives
Help maintain a positive and professional work environment
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees
3. Employee Coordination
Communicate with employees regarding HR-related queries
Coordinate with teams across different locations for smooth HR operations
Assist in resolving basic employee concerns and escalating issues when required
4. Payroll & Attendance Assistance
Help maintain attendance and leave records
Support payroll documentation and verification processes
Ensure employee records are updated and organized properly
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare basic HR reports and maintain MIS data
Assist in tracking recruitment, attendance, and employee information
Ensure accuracy of HR records and documentation
6. Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities and events
Assist in organizing training sessions and team-building initiatives
Help create a positive and collaborative workplace culture
7. HR Compliance & Policy Support
Assist in maintaining HR documents and employee files
Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Help prepare documents for audits and internal reviews
8. Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
