Key Responsibilities (English):
Recruitment & Hiring: Managing the end-to-end hiring process for new staff, including Technicians, Sales, andAdmin roles; conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding/joining process.
Attendance & Payroll: Maintaining daily attendance registers and preparing monthly salary sheets/payroll for allemployees.
Documentation: Managing and maintaining physical and digital records of employee documents, including Aadhaarcards, photographs, and bank details.
Statutory Compliance: Overseeing basic PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) tasks, andensuring adherence to Factory Laws and regulations.
Office Administration: Managing daily office expenses (Petty Cash) and handling general administrative dutiesto ensure smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or MBA (HR) degree.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Professional Skills: Strong communication skills and a disciplined, professional demeanor.
