Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding :
(1) Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, telephonic
interviews, physical interviews, negotiation, and final selection.
(2) Complete onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
(3) Collect performance data during probation and coordinate confirmation reviews.
(4) Support the increment process using predefined KPI-based incremental points.
2. HR Policy Management:
(1) Strengthen and update HR policies as per organizational requirements.
(2) Coordinate with external HR consultants to develop HR handbooks and policy
frameworks.
3. Attendance & Leave Management:
(1) Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and timesheet data.
(2) Ensure timely updates and error-free reporting.
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
(1) Generate monthly salary slips and prepare PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax challans.
(2) Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory rules.
5. Workforce Management:
(1) Handle workers’ salary-related reviews, clarifications, and dispute resolution.
(2) Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
6. Administration & Miscellaneous Tasks:
(1) Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
(2) Support field-related HR tasks and other responsibilities as required.
