The HR Executive supports and manages various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a key link between employees and management, focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.
Performance Management: Implement performance review systems (e.g., quarterly, annual reviews) and support development plans.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits and potentially design compensation packages.
HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage HRIS/ATS systems, and oversee daily HR department activities.
Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and build a positive culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
