We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive with around 2 years of experience to support recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage basic HR functions and assist in end-to-end hiring activities.
Assist in sourcing candidates through portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and follow-up.
Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
Support the onboarding and induction process.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Prepare basic HR letters such as offer letters and confirmation letters.
Handle employee queries and coordinate HR-related activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Ensure accurate filing of HR documents.
Support the HR team in maintaining policy and compliance records.
