Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR reporting. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).
Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and handle candidate communication.
Conduct joining formalities, prepare offer letters, and maintain employee files.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly HR MIS.
Assist in payroll inputs by providing attendance & leave summary.
Manage employee queries, grievance handling, and HR communication.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.
Maintain statutory documents and assist in audits (if required).
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & HR MIS.
Understanding of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist / Recruitment roles.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / MBA in HR preferred).
