Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance through biometric systems and attendance software; ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit formalities.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, deductions, ESI, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance-related data.
Manage staff records, employee files, and HR MIS; support overall staff management and employee coordination.
