HR Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Support payroll and performance management processes
• Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Admin Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration, maintenance, and stationery
• Vendor coordination and stock ordering
• Coordinate with departments for operational requirements
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning
• Maintenance of space and cafeteria
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic HR operations & administration knowledge
Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
Ability to multitask and manage office coordination efficiently
Qualification:
Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification with 2+years of HR/Admin experience
