Human Resources Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling
interviews.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, documentation).
Prepare monthly salary sheets, coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Handle employee engagement activities and grievance redressal.
Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
Monitor probation confirmations, appraisals, and performance management processes.
Administration Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure the workplace is well maintained.
Handle travel arrangements (flight/train bookings, hotel bookings, visas if required) for
employees and guests.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal events.
Manage office assets, stationery, and administrative procurement.
Prepare and clear vouchers related to employee expenses, travel, and office
administration.
Manage vendor relationships and AMC contracts.
