Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing hiring processes, and conducting new hire orientations.
Employee Relations: Mediating disputes, managing grievances, promoting open communication, and organizing engagement activities.
Performance Management: Implementing review systems (e.g., quarterly/annual), supporting appraisals, and tracking performance metrics.
Compensation & Benefits: Designing packages, supporting payroll processing, and managing benefits administration.
Training & Development: Assessing training needs and coordinating learning programs.
HR Operations: Maintaining records, managing attendance/leave, updating HR databases, and handling daily HR queries.
Compliance & Policy: Developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and handling audits.
Strategic Support: Assisting with workforce planning, employer branding, and recommending HR technology.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred).
Experience: Relevant experience in HR, potentially in a specific sector like manufacturing.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
