Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for HO and site-level positions (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, Sales, Site Staff, etc.) Coordinate interviews, maintain CV database, and issue offer letters & appointment letters
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
Coordinate manpower requirements with project and department heads
2. HR Operations & Employee Management Maintain employee master data, personal files, and HR records Manage attendance, leave, and shift records (HO & site)
Support performance appraisal process and confirmations Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, salary, and benefits
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance Coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounts team
Ensure timely submission and compliance
Maintain contractor labour records and compliance documentation
4. Site HR & Labour Management
Coordinate with site engineers for labour deployment and attendance
Maintain labour records, gate passes, and ID cards
Monitor contract labour compliance, insurance & accident policies
Support audits and inspections related to labour laws
5. Policy Implementation & Discipline
Implement company HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and internal communications
6. Training & Development
Coordinate training programs for employees and site staff
Maintain training records and skill development initiatives
Support safety induction and compliance training at project sites
7. Exit Management
Handle employee separation process
Conduct exit interviews
Coordinate full & final settlement with accounts
Manage handover and documentation closure Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
Experience in real estate / construction HR preferred
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to manage site-level HR independently
Proficient in MS Excel, HR software, and documentation
Problem-solving and employee-handling skills
Qualification & Experience
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure sector
Experience in handling multi-site HR operations preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
