Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support performance appraisal and training programs
Handle payroll preparation and leave management
Ensure compliance ( ESI,PF,Ptax) with labor laws and HR policies
Administration:
Oversee general office operations and supplies
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure a safe and well-maintained office environment
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in HR and administration roles
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
