Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and follow up with selected candidates
Stay updated with industry trends and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
