Job Title : HR Executive
Experince : 1 to 3 year
Gender : Male / Female
Working Day : 6 Days
Location : Kathwada - Singarva Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat -382430
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle recruitment activities, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Conduct employee induction and communicate company policies, procedures, and updates.
• Address employee queries, support employee engagement, and resolve workplace concerns.
• Assist in conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relationships
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, and confidential records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, workplace safety requirements, and HR policies.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee data updates.
• Use HRMS/HRIS, payroll software, and recruitment tools to maintain records and generate reports.
• Track employee retention, attrition, and other HR metrics to support management decisions.
Key Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, HR reporting, and people analytics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
