Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes—including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and new-hire inductions. [1]
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a healthy and engaging company culture. [1]
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee databases and ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and statutory regulations. [1, 2]
Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance/leaves, and administer employee compensation and benefits packages. [1, 2]
Performance Management: Assist managers with annual reviews, goal-setting, and identifying employee training and development needs. [1, 2]
Exit Management: Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlements. [1]
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor legislation, HR best practices, and compensation structuring.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS/HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
