We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Executive - Real Estate to join our team at Krish Group to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.
The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000 - 30000 per month and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate assessments, and schedule final discussions.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
HR Operations
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication.
Support performance management and HR reporting activities.
Job Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
1–5 years of experience in Recruitment for Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, Retail, or Service industries preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and HRMS tools.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
