Requirements:
Graduate or HR-related qualification (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred)
Minimum 1+ year experience in HR field
Good knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT)
Ability to handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
Manage employee joining, onboarding and exit formalities
Handle Apprenticeship Act related documentation and coordination
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR reporting
