Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales (SO, SSO, ASM, RSM), Plant Staff, Quality, Accounts, and Support roles
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare hiring plans
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, field hiring, and consultants
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring trackers
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining
Support HR operations like attendance, documentation, and compliance (if required)
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
Experience in field sales hiring is an advantage
Ability to handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR portals
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
Prior experience in Animal Feed / Agriculture / FMCG / Rural Market hiring
Knowledge of sales hierarchy and plant manpower requirements
HR Manager / HR Head
