We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, compliance support, and HR operations. The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and records.
Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Help organize employee engagement and cultural activities.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Assist with payroll data collection, reimbursements, and compliance requirements.
Manage HR emails, queries, and follow-ups.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to end-to-end HR operations in a professional environment.
Hands-on learning of HR processes and compliance.
