Assume the responsibility and take ownership of the comprehensive learning and development framework
customized for the designated fulfillment and sorting centers.
Take the lead in providing training for new hires and refresher courses, including the assessment process.
Utilize a blended learning approach to foster engagement among learners.
Develop and adopt an all-encompassing learning plan that addresses the needs of both white-collar and
blue-collar workforce.
Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to identify Training Needs (TNI) and conduct Training
Needs Analysis (TNA).
Provide training promptly while adhering to the predefined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Devise innovative digital learning strategies to accelerate organizational learning.
Cultivate a learning culture and emphasize its importance across the relevant sectors.
Execute Learning and Development interventions to bolster the business in accomplishing its objectives.
Efficiently oversee stakeholders, including FC/SC heads, Operations supervisors, the Flipkart Central
team, the HR team, Administration, IT, and counterparts from various regions.
Learn & Demonstrates a robust technical proficiency in creating presentations and proficiently conveying
content.
Utilize a structured approach to elevate the learning curve for different segments of the workforce.
Preferred qualification: Certification in train-the-trainer methodology, encompassing training needs
analysis and specification analysis (Optional).
Serve as a proponent for the Learning and Development team within the designated region.
