HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in the selection and onboarding process.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Ensure all employee documentation is complete and updated.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Maintain attendance reports and resolve discrepancies.
Payroll Support
Collect and verify attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
ESIC UAN registrations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As per company standards and candidate experience.
