Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documents, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, increment letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, and experience certificates.
Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, PT, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees.
Manage employee attendance system (biometric/manual), monthly timesheets, and overtime records.
Support payroll processing by sharing attendance, overtime, deductions, and new employee details with the accounts team.
Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
Maintain training records and assist in safety and compliance training planning.
Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee development.
Coordinate manpower for site and office requirements.
Prepare HR MIS reports and submit monthly HR summary to management.
Manage exit procedures including no-dues, full & final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
Ensure a positive and compliant work environment as per labor laws and company policies.
Good understanding of HR policies, payroll and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
