Job Responsibilities:
· Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively.
· Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
· Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Update candidate information, track interview feedback, and document recruitment activities.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
· Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
· Maintain Attendance and Leave data of all employees on daily basis
