About the Role

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and oversee HR operations with a strong focus on employee engagement and retention. The role requires hands-on HR experience and the ability to manage people-centric processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Create and manage employee referral programs

• Update, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

• Design and administer compensation and benefits structures

• Implement performance review systems (quarterly, annual, and 360° evaluations)

• Execute effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing strategies

• Monitor and manage the HR department budget

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution

• Track employee retention and turnover metrics

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
