Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, documentation, and other HR operations. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with department heads.
Coordinate the complete recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
HR Operations
Manage attendance and leave records.
Support payroll processing activities.
Update HR databases and employee information.
Maintain compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and concerns.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Administration
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Maintain confidential employee data.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
0–3 years of experience in HR and Recruitment.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
