HR/एडमिन HR एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Sr. Recruitment Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and field recruitment, particularly within the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Manage bulk hiring and volume recruitment requirements.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, coordination, and follow-ups.

• Handle field recruitment activities and candidate mobilization.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients until joining.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and closure timelines.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment.

• Good understanding of Manufacturing and Logistics industries.

• Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, and social media hiring platforms.

• Practical experience in field recruitment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

• Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in staffing, manpower recruitment, blue-collar hiring, manufacturing recruitment, logistics recruitment, or high-volume hiring will be preferred.
